- In this meeting you will go over the transcribed session together to name and celebrate your strengths as a coach, and identify and plan around the learning edges where you can continue to grow your coaching skills.
*Note – we suggest completing this assignment within 14 months of your program start date, regardless of hiatus or any other changes to your NCC timeline. After 14 months, you’ll need to book a paid session with your mentor to complete this step.
